Education & Workshops brings together Burcin Goksu’s professional education journey, academy experience and hands-on training programs developed over more than 25 years in the beauty industry.

From the BUGA Academy years in Istanbul to professional masterclasses, international seminars and artist development workshops, each program is designed to combine technical knowledge with creativity, visual analysis and real industry experience.

The education programs cover hair, makeup, permanent makeup, color, face analysis, professional consultation and advanced beauty techniques. Rather than focusing only on application, the trainings help participants understand form, proportion, color harmony, personal style and the decision-making process behind every successful result.

Programs may be offered as private training, small-group workshops, intensive masterclasses, brand collaborations or customized education for salons and professional teams. Each experience is adapted according to the participants’ level, goals and area of specialization.
